• Establish and maintain close relationship with the company Account Managers and Facilities Management Team to maintain overall visibility of all major projects or market developments that may affect strategic planning for the client.
• Interface between functional service line leads - Portfolio Management, Transaction Management, Consulting, Facilities Management etc. as required
• Deal with issues/problems that may occur both within the account on a regional basis from both client and company view point.

• Undertake other general administration tasks as & when necessary.
